Today marks the 75th anniversary of the NHS, to celebrate this lots of NHS workers came to adult parkruns all of the UK.
My mum and I were at the Thames Valley Park run, my mum ran it, but I had a tummy ache, so pulled out at the last minute.
Runners were encouraged to wear blue to show their support of the NHS.
The race started off in glorious sunshine, but as the race progressed the rain started and got heavier as the race went on.
I am very much looking forward to tomorrow’s Woodley 2k junior parkun.
